Our stay at Van Nest was incredible! The owners were so kind, even bringing us a plate of fruit to welcome us. The suite was clean and quiet, and although the double bed was smaller than expected, the overall experience was great. The amenities were impressive, with a large TV room and a Japanese Tea room. The hosts even provided snacks and bottled water for us. I highly recommend Van Nest Near Yvr Ubc Downtown for a lovely stay.

amazing homestay, exceeded expectations! Property nicer than photos, owner checked on us, close to airport for our early flight. Clean, quiet, lovely fruit plate welcoming us, though bed was double not queen. Nice amenities available like full-screen TV, small fridge, toaster, bread, and milk. Great for families with trampoline, pool, and hot tub. Made us feel like family, definitely recommend and will return.

I recently stayed at Van Nest in Vancouver for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hostess was incredibly nice and made sure to answer all of my questions. The house was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The small plate of fruit they delivered to welcome us was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to Granville Island via the nearby bus. The amenities, including the spacious TV room and Japanese Tea room, were a pleasant surprise. The owners even provided snacks and bottled water for their guests, and brought us fresh fruit to enjoy by the poolside. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The home was absolutely stunning and sparkling clean, making us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel. The trampoline and pool were perfect for our kids to have a blast, while the hot tub was a relaxing oasis after a day of exploring. The thoughtful little touches like snacks, bottled water, and fresh fruit by the poolside made us feel pampered. Having a kid of similar age for our son to play with was a GREAT bonus. The hostess was incredibly kind and attentive, always available to answer our questions and ensure our comfort. The location was convenient, just a bus ride away from Granville Island. We cannot recommend this place enough, and we are already planning to come back in the future. Truly a lovely family and an exceptional experience.

The location of this hotel is not ideal, as there are limited stores and restaurants nearby. Although there is a grocery store within walking distance, it may not be convenient for everyone.
The lack of outlets in the bedroom was a major inconvenience. It was difficult to plug in phones or use a bedside lamp.
